GYNECOMASTIA

Gynecomastia is the reduction of enlarged breast tissue in men. During the operation, a smaller breast is formed that corresponds more to the proportions of the male body.

The breasts of the mammary glands are most often enlarged, and men suffer from hormonal imbalances, being overweight or losing weight, using medical drugs (anabolic steroids), and disease. One or both breasts may become enlarged.

Gynecomastia is relevant when:

Overdeveloped breast tissue;

Other, non-invasive ways to improve the situation.

Before your surgery

Before surgery, the surgeon determines whether there is glandular tissue or adipose tissue in the breast. The specifics of the operation also depend on it: excess fat is removed by liposuction, and glandular tissue is made by making an incision under the areole.

You should tell your doctor before the operation if you have arterial hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, allergies, blood clotting disorders or other chronic diseases, you smoke, you are taking medicines or food supplements, slimming medicines.
