BUTTOCK AUGMENTATION WITH IMPLANTS

Buttock augmentation is an operation in which implants are used to enlarge the buttocks, give them a more curved shape, and beautify the figure and its proportions.Buttock size and shape are usually determined by genetics, but can also be affected by aging processes, pregnancy, or major weight changes.

Buttock augmentation with implants can help when:

  • Not satisfied with available buttocks shape and / or size;
  • Buttocks are asymmetrical;
  • Buttocks have lost stiffness due to aging processes or significant weight changes.

Buttock augmentation surgery can be performed in conjunction with fat transplantation into the buttocks.

Before your surgery

During the consultation, the patient's expectations and the expected size of the implants are discussed. The implants used in our clinic are filled with silicone gel, are certified, high quality and safe.

You should tell your doctor before the operation if you have arterial hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, allergies, blood clotting disorders or other chronic diseases, you smoke, you are taking medicines or food supplements, slimming medicines.

We suggest you visit our preoperative memo page for more information.

The course of the operation

The operation is performed under general anesthesia and lasts about 1.5 hours.

The incision is made at the sacrum in the fold between the buttocks - when the incision heals, the scar is almost invisible. The implant is placed in the very muscles of the buttocks, quite far from the main nerves and bones, so the sensitivity of the buttocks remains the same. After inserting the implants, their symmetry is ensured and the incision is sutured.

Postoperative period

Patients are discharged home on the same day, and it is recommended to return to work in about a week.

A few weeks after the operation, the buttocks may be tender, swollen, painful - this is a normal condition that goes away. During the first week, movement is restricted, you should also avoid sitting directly on your buttocks, avoid active sports. You should wear compression clothing for 8 weeks after the operation, avoid physical activity for about 2 months, and do not sleep on your back.

Operational risk

The risk of complications is extremely low, but adverse reactions to anesthesia or the implant itself, infection, bleeding, bruising, asymmetry, unevenness are possible. All of these complications are usually avoided by following the surgeon's recommendations after surgery.

The risks associated with nasal plastic surgery are increased by smoking, obesity, chronic cardiovascular disease, diabetes, endocrine system diseases, and some other chronic diseases.

Results

The initial result is visible immediately after the operation, but the buttocks are finally formed after 3-4 months.
